NfN nettverket Workplace Management inviterer til webinar torsdag 25.11.21 kl. 09-10. Webinaret avholdes i Zoom, på engelsk.

Foredrag ved Peggie Rothe, Chief Insights & Research Officer, Leesman, Leesmanindex.com

A new workplace experience landscape

A decade after first measuring workplace experience, Leesman began measuring employee experiences in home working environments. Some 18 months on from the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and they hold the two largest global datasets of their kind – 860,000+ office-based responses and 220,000+ home working responses.

Peggie will talk us through the main findings of this data and show how employees have experienced working from home, how they look at returning to the office and discussing who would really benefit from being either office- or remote-leaning in the future.

Dr Peggie Rothe is passionate about employee workplace experience and the strategic role of workplaces in organisational success, and she has a deep understanding of the user perspective of the built environment. As Chief Insights & Research Officer at Leesman, her role includes leading the research undertaken on the world’s largest independent workplace experience database and helping organisations understand the link between people and place.

Before joining Leesman in 2014, she was as a researcher at Aalto University (Finland) with a focus on Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Management. She published her findings in several peer-reviewed academic journals and earned her doctorate in 2015. Prior to this, she worked as management consultant and real estate advisor.
