Chairman and Deputy chairman
The Board elects the Chairman from the Board Members on the first Board Meeeting after the Annual Meeting.
This constitution meeting was held on 9. March after the Annual Meeting.
Morten Bendiksen, Tech. Director Ahus (hospital) was re-elected as Chairman and Wenche Dahl, Property Director Handelshøyskolen BI (BI - Norwegian Business School) was re-elected as Deputy Chair.
Arne Kvale had wanted to step down from the Board, due to heavy work load.
Johannes Snilstveit, Norwegian Tax Authority, was elected as new Board member.
